Creative residency, dance camp, choreographic intensive -what have you- my week two here at Wilson College is with my dance company The Moving Architects. A newly re-organized ensemble of four, I have before me four incredibly talented and focused ladies who are full of lovely surprises and little gems throughout our days. Learning how they move, why they move, initiations, familiar and unfamiliar pathways, what makes them laugh or listen, what they respond to or react to in and out of the studio, it is a pleasure to have their time and this space while creatively living here day to day. A new palette of colors. Thank you gods-of-bringing-smart-good-dancers-my-way.
